    1. These rules define the principles of purchase and use of digital products offered byMTS ACADEMY LTD Sp. Z. O. O.

      \nHereinafter referred to as \u201eSeller\u201d.<\/li>\n
    2. A digital product is in particular: an online training course, a video, an audio file, an e-book, a presentation, access to an e-learning platform or other digital content delivered in intangible form.<\/li>\n

    4. Purchasing rules<\/strong>\n

      1. Zam\u00f3wienia mo\u017cna sk\u0142ada\u0107 poprzez stron\u0119 internetow\u0105 www.mtsholistictherapy.pl<\/li>\n
      2. All prices shown on the website are gross prices (including VAT where applicable).<\/li>\n
      3. Payments are made via electronic payment operators or by traditional bank transfer.<\/li>\n
      4. Order processing takes place once payment has been credited.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Delivery of a digital product<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. Access to the digital product is granted by sending a link, access data or file to the email address indicated in the order, or by activating access in the user's account.<\/li>\n
        2. The time and method of access to the product is specified in the offer description or purchase confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/li>\n
          2. By purchasing a digital product, the Customer acknowledges that:\n

            • agrees to deliver the digital content within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement,<\/li>\n
            • is aware of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon access to the product. No right of withdrawal
              \n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            • Complaints<\/strong>\n

              1. The customer can make a complaint if the digital product does not comply with the contract.<\/li>\n

              3. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
