  1. General Provisions<\/strong>\n

    1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing and using digital products offered by MTS ACADEMY LTD Sp. z o.o.

      \nHereinafter referred to as the \"Seller\".<\/li>\n
    2. A digital product includes in particular: online training courses, video recordings, audio files, e-books, presentations, access to an e-learning platform, or other digital content delivered in intangible form.<\/li>\n

    4. Purchase Rules<\/strong>\n
        \n
      1. Orders can be placed via the website www.mtsholistictherapy.pl<\/li>\n
      2. All prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including VAT, if applicable).<\/li>\n
      3. Payments are processed via electronic payment operators or by traditional bank transfer.<\/li>\n
      4. Order fulfillment begins after the payment has been received and recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Delivery of Digital Products<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. Access to the digital product is granted by sending a link, login credentials, or a file to the e-mail address provided in the order, or by activating access in the user's account.<\/li>\n
        2. The duration and method of access to the product are specified in the product offer description or in the purchase confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. Withdrawal from the Contract<\/strong>\n
            \n
          1. In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the explicit consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period expires.<\/li>\n
          2. By purchasing a digital product, the Customer confirms that:\n
              \n
            • they consent to the delivery of the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period from the date of conclusion of the contract ends,<\/li>\n
            • they acknowledge the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract once access to the product is granted. No right of withdrawal from the contract
              \n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            • Complaints<\/strong>\n
                \n
              1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint if the digital product is not compliant with the contract.<\/li>\n
              2. Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to: sklep@mtsholistictherapy.pl<\/li>\n
              3. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              4. Personal Data Protection<\/strong>\n

                1. The controller of the Customer's personal data is MTS ACADEMY LTD SP. Z O.O. POLISH BRANCH.<\/li>\n
                2.
