During the first visit, the patient receives a comprehensive diagnosis and individually tailored therapy. It is dedicated both to beginner runners who are not yet aware of the consequences associated with this activity, people who are struggling with acute and chronic injury. We also offer it to advanced runners who simply want to enjoy long and painless mileage on flat surfaces or uneven terrain - e.g. in the mountains.

It is a comprehensive care that is based on several elements. The first key stage is diagnosis, on the basis of which a therapy is performed consisting of many elements of manual work such as:

- fascial therapy,

- trigger point therapy,

- functional massage,

- deep tissue massage,

- dry needling

Some of the methods are supported by the latest technology (INDIBA ACTIV radio wave, shock wave, EPTE transcutaneous electrotherapy and MED KEY bioadaptive pulse therapy).
