A visit as part of the MTS4RUN programme lasts 45 minutes. At the beginning of each appointment, the patient describes in detail his or her perceptions of the effects of the previously performed treatment. He or she refers to his or her experience of introducing new habits. Also relevant are the patient's own observations during physical activity between appointments, if previously recommended by the therapist.

Every piece of information from the patient is very important as it can influence the final therapeutic outcome.

We analyse all this information on an ongoing basis and, if necessary, modify the therapy programme according to the patient's current condition.
