The treatment package for the runner as part of the MTS4RUN programme is an extended diagnostic

Package of 3 visitsOtherwise known as "getting off to a good start", it aims to quickly eliminate the most pressing pains that permanently impede physical activity, pains that most often occur at rest during or after exercise. This treatment will significantly speed up the return to symptom-free activity.

Package of 6 visitsIt is dedicated to people who report complaints of pain and stiffness and who are looking for a quick return to their physical activity and preventive care of their pre-existing injuries. These treatments are aimed at the gradual reduction of musculo-fascial tension, so that the injury disappears completely or the period of its return is significantly prolonged as a result of the form of activity it performs.

Package of 10 visitsIt is dedicated to people who are aware of or who have suffered an injury/injury in the past and have a predisposition to it happening again. Due to the constant increase of musculo-fascial tension due to work and physical activity, this form will be the best solution. Regular treatments will help to keep the soft tissues in proper condition, thanks to which we will avoid their imbalances which are the most frequent cause of the appearance of symptoms.

The treatment package is dedicated to people who report pain that has been present for a long time, occurring once in a while.
