Dominika was interested in the human body from an early age. Her curiosity about how the body functions made her decide to start studying Physiotherapy.
She mainly uses fascial therapy when working with patients, additionally using methods from other courses and training. Domi knows that the therapy is sometimes painful, but this will make the patient feel much better afterwards. In order to maintain the effects of the therapy, she likes to inflict the patient with exercises that they will do at home. During rehabilitation, she looks at the person holistically and tries to show how important physical activity is in everyday life. She believes that only an individual approach to the patient is the key to successful therapy.
Dominika works with orthopaedic patients, athletes, people with postural defects, pain patients, after injuries, after various surgical procedures and children from the age of 3.
In her free time she rollerblades or skates and does crossfit. In the evenings, she reads medical detective stories, watches TV series and searches for various curiosities related to medicine. She enjoys spending her free time actively and travelling the world. From time to time Domi also likes to experiment in the kitchen, preparing healthy meals, although she is a fan of Italian cuisine.
