Rafal is a passionate and empathetic physiotherapist who is not only characterised by his expertise, but also by his warm approach to his patients. His work is not only therapy, but also support and understanding for each person he helps. He always tries to find a personalised approach to each situation, adapting the therapy to the individual needs and abilities of the patient. His commitment to the treatment process motivates patients to move forward.
As a physiotherapist, Rafal looks at the patient holistically, treating the human body as a system of interconnected vessels, where nothing happens without a cause and an imbalance in one system causes dysfunction in other systems.
In his work, he uses methods such as massage, manipulation, oscillation, manual techniques, lymphatic drainage, the latest technological advances in physical therapy, such as radio wave, shock wave, TC Cryo and MedKey, as well as treatments from the field of unconventional medicine, such as pinopressure, neuro-reflex therapy (Sorensensist reflexology), kinesiotaping. He is also no stranger to aesthetic treatments - facial muscle stimulation using the Castillo Morales method or elements of the Japanese facelift.
In his free time, Rafał sports climbing, reads books, plays the guitar and goes on motorbike expeditions. His passions include exploring the human body, learning foreign languages and cooking. On a daily basis, he gets around by bicycle regardless of the weather conditions.
