If you suffer from back pain, lying down on the floor for a few minutes or doing some exercises to relieve the strain on your back can also help. Painkillers can also be effective, in particular gels or patches that are applied directly to the area of pain without putting a strain on the stomach and liver as would be the case with tablets. Cold compresses, warm baths, compresses or massages can also be used, especially in the case of soreness or pain caused by contusion. 

Back and muscle pain - prevention

Everyone knows that prevention is better than cure. Prevention of back pain can be done at home. Remember the correct posture. Stretching exercises will help. You should also not suffer from muscle pain if you hydrate and nourish yourself properly and take breaks from your work. When exercising, don't forget to warm up properly at the beginning of the exercise and stretch at the end.

Home remedies for pain are great if we are talking about something temporary. However, if you are struggling with recurring muscle pain or back pain This should be consulted with a doctor and then a physiotherapist. This is because the most effective treatment for this type of ailment is physiotherapy and physical therapies such as cryotherapy or acupressure. Certain sports are also effective. Particularly for back pain, swimming works well. The pool and the water relieve strain on the involved sections and at the same time relax the body. This lets go of any painful strains.
