Pinopressure is a treatment with a therapeutic effect, during which the body's self-healing mechanisms are used/activated. It is a complex reflex therapy that uses specialised tools. Its concept is based on Far Eastern healing knowledge combined with popular manual therapies, which is what makes it so effective. It is ideal for the elimination of joint and visceral pain, musculoskeletal pain or discopathy, but also pain caused by sports injuries.
Pinopressure is a fully non-invasive method. It involves applying pressure and stimulating specific points on the human body using pins (copper nails) and blunt knives (katas). Importantly, the continuity of the skin is maintained during the treatment. The stimulation of the skin stimulates selected centres in the brain, so that the muscular or ligamentous system receives signals from corresponding parts of the brain, leading to a reflex relaxation of accumulated tensions and a reduction in pain.
Pinopresura is one of the methods of manual medicine. It was developed on Polish soil, but draws on the achievements of Far Eastern acupressure and acupuncture and Western reflexology, as well as manual medicine techniques (manual therapy), various massage techniques or dry needling. The combination of all these techniques creates a comprehensive treatment method.
During the three-day Pinopressure course you will enter a higher level of understanding of the human body. You will learn methods to help you quickly and effectively diagnose a disease entity and how to apply selected therapeutic techniques. The use of pinopressure, which combines multiple methods drawn from conventional and unconventional medicine, will enable you to achieve faster and more effective results with your patients.
