Agata Forkasiewicz

Doctor

Agata Forkasiewicz, M.D., is a certified lifestyle physician with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

She is certified as a TRT Master Practitioner with Marta Mazur, MD, Project Alpha, and practises testosterone replacement therapy.

She graduated from the Medical University of Wrocław and the Doctoral School there, where she submitted her doctoral thesis.

She is a member of the Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine and author of scientific articles. She has completed numerous courses and trainings in dietetics and coaching.

Outside of medicine, she is involved in sport; she is a Rio 2016 Olympian and an ASCA internationally certified motor preparation coach.
