Anastasiia is a graduate of the Polish Olympians Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław. She is an experienced urogynaecological physiotherapist whose mission is to help women regain comfort, health and confidence in every period of their lives. Her approach is based on a holistic view of the body and individualised therapy tailored to the needs of each patient. She also combines cutting-edge technology, manual therapy and body and mind work in her therapy to ensure effective and long-lasting improvements in health.

Anastasiia believes that the body and mind are closely linked. Her aim is not only to treat ailments, but also to educate and support women in building awareness of their own bodies. She has always been fascinated by medicine and body work. Women's physiotherapy is particularly close to her heart - she helps patients to be physically active or to get rid of ailments arising during pregnancy/postpartum, treating symptoms of incontinence, faecal or gas incontinence, a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, pelvic or spinal pain and discomfort, lack of satisfaction with sexual life, severe menstrual pain, preparation for childbirth, working with scars after CC and perineal incisions, dysfunctions occurring during the postpartum period, menopause, distention of the rectus abdominis muscles.

With her holistic approach, Anastasiia helps patients not only eliminate symptoms but also find balance and harmony in their bodies.

In her free time, she enjoys travelling and loves an active lifestyle. Extreme sports are no stranger to her. Since childhood, she has practised motocross and swimming professionally, which was one of the reasons she took up physiotherapy as a degree course.
