Justyna Majzlik
Physiotherapist
Justyna is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław and has several years of experience in individual work with patients. Her main goal is not only to alleviate the symptoms, but first and foremost to find and eliminate the source of the ailments with which patients report.
She begins each therapy with a thorough and insightful history and manual examination. Analysing the information gathered, she develops a diagnostic hypothesis and identifies zones of the body that may be key in the development of pain or movement limitations. This approach ensures that the therapy is effective and tailored to the individual needs of each person.
Justyna works mainly with adults struggling with musculoskeletal dysfunctions and patients after orthopaedic injuries. She supports both people suffering from acute and chronic pain, as well as patients after injuries, surgeries and with problems resulting from overloads and strains in the body. She also treats patients experiencing radiating pain to the upper and lower limbs and those dealing with recurrent headaches.
Her work is guided by an individual approach to each patient, selecting therapeutic techniques appropriate to their condition and the body's capabilities. She believes that the body has the capacity to regenerate itself if it is given the right therapeutic stimuli and support in the form of a change in habits and appropriately selected physical activity.
Justyna uses a variety of methods in therapy, tailored to the needs of her patients. These include manual therapy, instrument therapy, needle therapy, kinesiotaping and osteopathic techniques to effectively support the healing process and return to full function.
Outside of her professional work, Justyna is passionate about developing awareness of her body and breath through the practice of yoga. She also loves mountain hiking, which allows her to relax, regenerate and draw energy from nature. She believes that the balance between body and mind is crucial both in therapy and in everyday life.
